Dey's End Consulting currently has a network management consulting engagement underway.  Essentially it involves "outsourcing the outsourcing", as they manage the post-chargeoff agency partners of the client.  This engagement involves the following:

  • working with internal data team on the monthly reporting of goals, batches & revenue performance
  • driving operational improvement through detailed analysis of the above
  • offering input into the market share conversations, including a new segmentation & Litigation strategy
  • weekly performance management conversations, on behalf of client, to ensure all goals are being hit.
This engagement has allowed the client to focus on the pre-chargeoff world, where they have seen higher levels than historically seen.  This engagement was recently extended, due to all conditions of satisfaction being met (& hitting monthly revenue goals).  Another win for the client, which is a win for Dey's End.
